Most items are eligible for return
Simply log in to your account, go to the "My Orders" section, select the item you wish to return, and follow the prompts to request a return authorization.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-8 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Whenever possible, please return items in their original packaging to ensure a smooth return process. However, exceptions can be made depending on the circumstances.
